Product Description
The poultry feed grinder and mixer machine integrates grinding and mixing, has a small footprint and high production efficiency, and is widely used in the feed processing industry. The raw material can be absorbed by itself, the foot-operated discharge design is equipped with a pulse dust removal system, with low noise and low energy consumption.
1. Grinder part:
Automatic suction or manual feeding can be selected to make the material enter the feeding device. The interior is equipped with a high-speed rotating blade. When the raw material enters the grinder, the blade rotates quickly to crush it. The number and shape of the blades can be adjusted according to the characteristics of raw materials and crushing requirements. The crushed material is discharged from the screen to adjust the fineness of the material. Larger particles that do not meet the fineness requirements will continue to be crushed.
2. Mixing part
The crushed material enters the mixer, and there is a two-way mixing system inside, which can quickly and evenly mix the material to ensure the consistency of the feed ratio and avoid stratification and precipitation.
