The tilt angle of the disc granulator is adjustable. By adjusting the rotation speed of the granulation disc, the feed speed, and the amount of wetting added, the size, shape, and hardness of the finished granules can be controlled.

Working Process of Disc Granulator

The working principle of the disc granulator is to put the raw materials into the granulating disc evenly through the feeding device, and use the centrifugal force and friction generated by the granulating disc to make the raw materials stick together tightly.
As the granulation plate rotates continuously, the materials roll in the plate to form uniform spherical particles.
Under the action of centrifugal force, the material is discharged through the edge of the granulating plate to achieve continuous production.

Product Details

Motor
The motor generates drive and provides power source for the disc granulator. The belt turns the reducer, which drives the disc.

Reducer
The reducer uses a gear speed converter to reduce the number of revolutions of the motor to the required number of revolutions, thereby obtaining greater torque.

Unpowered scraper
The disc granulator uses an unpowered scraper to clean the edges and bottom. Combined with the unique processing technology of the disc body, it has a good balling effect and reduces energy consumption.

Disc and Spray hose
During the formation of fertilizer granules, the motor drives the disk to rotate, and granulation is completed under the action of water mist formed by the spray water pipe.
