1. High degree of automation, from raw material mixing, extrusion, forming, cutting, can be completed at one time.
2. By changing the mold and adjusting the process, snacks of different shapes and flavors can be produced, such as donuts, shell crisps, salad bars, etc.

Working Process Of Snack Extruder
Snack extruders use high temperature and high pressure to instantly expand the raw materials: the mixed grain raw materials are sent into the extrusion chamber, and are pushed by the screw to withstand high temperature (120-200ºC) and high pressure. When the material is extruded from the die, the pressure drops sharply, and the internal water vaporizes instantly, forming a porous and crispy structure, which is then cut, dried, and seasoned to make various types of puffed snacks. The twin-screw machine can also realize complex processes such as sandwiching. The entire process is highly automated and can produce a variety of snack foods such as rice crackers, rice crackers, and cheese sticks.
