Audited Supplier Fertilizer Fermentation Tank is mainly used for high-temperature aerobic fermentation of animal manure, straw residue and other organic waste, and uses the activity of microorganisms to biologically decompose the organic matter in the waste. The organic waste is coverted into organic fertilizer raw material, used for soil improvement , lndscaping, and finally the resource utilization of organic waste. This equipment uses multilayer insulation treatment, Rock wool board and insulation foam board, so can ensure the fermentation temperature is always maintained at 50-65 degrees Celsius. Because of the fermentation process under a sealed condition, also could collect waste gas and odor to centralized processing, discharged clean gas into the atmosphere, achieve discharge standards, prevent secondary pollution.
Fertilizer Fermentation Tank can be harmlessly treated within 10 hours, covering an area of 10-90m3. There is no pollution by adopting closed fermentation. It can be adjusted to 80-100ºC high temperature for eliminating pests and eggs completely. We can customize the fermentor 10-150m³ different capacity, different forms (horizontal or vertical) fermentation tank.
