How to produce high-quality organic compound fertilizer granules?

To obtain high-quality organic fertilizer granules, the following production processes are required:

1	Raw material pretreatment	Collect raw materials for pretreatment or composting fermentation.
2	Batching machine	Fully automatic belt batching machine to achieve accurate weighing and batching.
3	Crusher	Can quickly crush the material to the ideal particle size.
4	Mixer	Fully mix the material to achieve the purpose of homogenization.
5	Rotary drum mixing granulator	The granulation method of rotary stirring is adopted, and the granules are more solid, and the organic content can reach 100%. The output is large and the energy consumption is low.
6	Drying and cooling machine	The granulated granules need to be dried to enhance the hardness of the fertilizer granules.
7	Screening machine	Classify the finished granules and remove impurities. The granules that do not meet the requirements are sent to the crushing mixer through the conveying system for re-granulation.
8	Packing machine Palletizing machine	The final finished granules are packaged and palletized by the weighing and packaging system, which is convenient for the storage, transportation and sales of fertilizer granules.
