Introduction of 1-3 Heads Block Machine Wood Pallet 

Wood pallet machine is used to produce wood pallet blocks, which can be used in packing industry and logistics(transportation). The hydraulic cylinder provides high pressure and pushes the piston to extrude the material. The heating plate at a high temperature promotes the solidification and molding of urea-formaldehyde glue to increase the strength of the block. The product extruding from the compressed wood pallet machine is cut according to a certain length (usually around 1.2m). After cooling, cut the long strips of half-finished products to the final size you need. Wood pallet machine mainly includes three types of specifications--single head, double heads, three heads hot press wood pallet block making machine. The pallet feet could be solid without hole in the center, also could be hollow.
Final block size: normally 80*90mm, 90*90mm, 90*100mm, 100*100mm. If you have special requirements, we could customize while it is at the range from 75mm to 145mm. Besides, one machine could make two different block sizes. This block has the diameter 10-28mm vertical heart garden hole according to the different specification or No hole.
 
Raw materials: wood sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips, waste wood, used pallet and so on, also the glue(Urea formaldehyde resin & UF resin).
 
Wood pallet production line:
1. Wood crusher: If the size of raw material is bigger than 5*5mm, we advice crush first.
2. Dryer machine: If the raw material moisture is bigger than 15%, we should dry them.
3. Glue mixer: Use the glue mixer to mix the material with glue.
4. Wood pallet machine: Make wood pallet block.
