Agricultural Compound Fertilizer Granules And Pellet Making Machine
The rotary drum granulation production line is a widely used solution for turning powdered materials into granular fertilizers (especially compound fertilizers). It is simple and has high output. The production line adopts the wet granulation process, the principle of which is to roll the material in a rotating drum to form granules. The granulation process is low in dust and meets environmental protection requirements.

1. High capacity:
The production line is designed to meet the needs of large-scale production, with an annual output of up to 100,000 tons, suitable for medium and large fertilizer manufacturers.

Fertilizer Production Process
1. Raw material preparation & Batching
Based on the fertilizer formula, raw materials such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium sources are selected and precisely measured using a batching system .
2. Crusher
The crusher can crush dry and wet materials. It is made of stainless steel and has strong corrosion resistance, or can be made of carbon steel for normal use.
3. Mixer
Make the material mix quickly and evenly, and reduce the material residue rate.
4. Rotary granulator
The mixed powder enters a rotary drum granulator, where a liquid binder (water or steam) is sprayed to promote adhesion. The drum's rotation causes the particles to agglomerate and grow into granules.
6. Dryer
Wet granules are transferred to a rotary dryer to reduce moisture content.
6. Cooler
Dried pellets are cooled to room temperature in a rotary cooler to prevent caking.
7. Screening & Recycling
Cooled granules are classified using vibrating screens. On-size pellets proceed to coating, while oversized/undersized particles are crushed and recycled back into the granulator.
8. Coating (Optional)
A coating may be applied to improve handling characteristics and control nutrient release.
8. Packing machine
The finished fertilizer is automatically weighed and packaged into bags for distribution.
