Introduction of Semi-wet Material Crusher
Semi-wet material crusher is a pulverizing equipment designed for high-humidity materials and multi-fiber materials. It is widely used in pulverizing high-moisture materials in biological fermentation processes such as biological organic fertilizer fermentation, urban domestic waste composting, grass peat, rural straw waste, industrial organic waste, livestock and poultry manure, etc. This machine solves the problem of pulverizing high-water content organic matter, especially the organic matter pulverized after fermentation, which has the best effect. 
The moisture value of biological fermentation organic fertilizer materials is 25-55%, and the particle size of the pulverized part meets the granulation requirements. It is also suitable for fine pulverization in mining, metallurgy, and other industries. 

Working Process of Semi-wet Material Crusher
1. The semi-wet material pulverizer adopts a two-stage rotor for upper and lower pulverization. The material is pulverized into fine particles by the upper rotor pulverizer, and then transported to the lower rotor for further pulverization into fine powder, so that the material powder and hammer powder achieve the best effect, and finally discharged directly from the discharge port.
2. The semi-wet material pulverizer does not have a screen bottom design, which will not block the material. Even the material that has just been scooped out of the water can be pulverized, and it will not be blocked by wet material pulverization, causing the motor to burn out and affect production.
3. The semi-wet material pulverizer adopts high-alloy wear-resistant hammer head, which is stronger and more wear-resistant than ordinary hammer heads, and increases the service life of the hammer head.
4. The semi-wet material pulverizer adopts two-way gap adjustment technology. After the hammer head is worn, it does not need to be repaired. The position of the hammer head can be moved and it can continue to be used. By adjusting the gap between the hammer head and the liner, the material discharge particle size can be controlled.
5. The semi-wet material pulverizer adopts high-tech technology and can be easily operated by one person. It is not only safe and reliable, but also easy to maintain.
6. The semi-wet material pulverizer is equipped with a centralized lubrication system. Under normal operating conditions, lubricating oil can be added without stopping the machine.
