Hydraulic system	The hydraulic transmission part adopts Keyi or Rongjiao reducer, joint venture plunger oil system, variable motor, domestic gear pump, cycloid needle motor, flow control reversing valve, large-volume radiator, so that the oil temperature is more constant. The system is more stable, and the output is faster and more uniform.
Water supply system	Water supply in the form of compressed water tank. The capacity is 350L, 300L, 400L.

Product Details

Mixer principle:
The mixing mechanism is the working part of the mixer, which consists of a mixing drum, a supporting wheel and a transmission system.
The structure of the mixing drum is biconical in simplified form, and there are multiple layers of high and low blades in the drum, which form a certain angle with the axis of the mixing drum. As the mixing drum rotates, the blades make the materials move back and forth in the axial direction while lifting and falling, so the stirring is strong and the effect is good. Inside the discharge cone of the mixing drum, a pair of discharge blades are welded. When the material is evenly mixed, the rotating direction of the mixing drum is changed, and the material is discharged from the mouth of the discharge cone through the lower blade and the discharge blade. The mixing drum is supported by supporting wheels. The rotation of the mixing drum is driven by the motor through the transmission system. It works reliably. The forward and reverse rotation of the mixing drum is realized by the motor commutation.
Spiral Blade
The production process of the mixing drum blade is stamped and formed by a special mold. Alloy steel wear-resistant material is used, and wear resistant strips are additionally installed to prolong the service life of the blades.

Mixing Tank
Large tank capacity, even mixing, rotating speed 6-12r/min, outlet speed ≥2m³/min(specified 2.7m³/min), feed speed ≥3.5m³/min(specified 2.7m³/min), discharge residual rate ≤0.8%(standard requirement 3-5).
Welding Technology
After the tank body is welded, the shot blasting pretreatment process is adopted to achieve rust removal and rust prevention. The shape is elegant and beautiful, the rotation is stable and reliable, and the service life is long.
Anti-rust Technology
