Step 1:

Travel and Turning: The operator controls the equipment via the cab or remote control. The engine, through a hydraulic system or mechanical transmission, drives the large blade rollers or turning wheels to rotate at high speed, turning the material.

Step 2:

Material Handling: The rotating blades grab and lift the material from the bottom layer, breaking up large, compacted pieces and throwing the material backward and upward in a beautiful parabolic trajectory.
