Horizontal fermentation tank is a kind of equipment used for organic material fermentation, mainly used in biological organic fertilizer, organic solid waste treatment, food waste fermentation, etc.
Horizontal fermentation tank includes:
1. Feeding system
The feed port can be equipped with automatic conveying equipment to avoid the accumulation of raw materials at the feed port and ensure the uniform distribution of raw materials.
2. Tank body
The horizontal fermentation tank adopts a rectangular tank structure, which is usually made of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials and can withstand high temperatures and high-pressure environments to ensure the safety and stability of the fermentation process.
3. Mixing system and heating and insulation system
The mixing structure can mix the materials evenly during the fermentation process and improve the fermentation efficiency.
The heating system can intelligently set the temperature (60ºC-100ºC constant temperature), completely kill the eggs of diseases and insects, and complete the harmless treatment in 10 hours. Closed fermentation, no air pollution.
Horizontal fermentation tanks are widely used in agriculture, animal husbandry and environmental protection.
