The manure first is pumped into the extruder through a high rod submersible pump, then by spiral extrusion and filting screen, the solid and liquid substances are separated.

the pig/cow/chicken dung separator is consist of the following main parts: spiral extruder, sieve, submersible pump, distribution cabinet, plastic pipe, reducer, motor, mixer and other equipments.
a, about submersible pump
the submersible pump also named dung transport pump, mainly used completed with the separator, also could be used in other fields such as the factory discharge waste water, city sewage treatment plant drainage system, sewage drainage station in the residential area, civil air defense system drainage station, discharge of sewage from hospitals and hotels, municipal engineering construction site, farmland irrigation in rural biogas pool, water supply device in a waterworks.

the submersible mixer is maily used to mixing the liquid and solid evenly to help the pump pumping, the compelte submersible mixer consist of a lifting device with 3-4meters long (which include the guide rail, the lifting arm, the pedestal, the steel wire rope, anchoring and hand hoist) and a 10 meters long wire cable
3, features of the pig/cow/chicken dung separator
1. extrusion spiral: double wing blade, stainless steel material, and after special processing, enhance wear and corrosion resistance.
2. filter screen: stainless steel, precision machining; according to customer material type, adopt different specifications of sieve mesh.
3. material discharge adjustment: according to the requirement of the dry and humidity of the solid material after extrusion, the two side weight blocks can be adjusted to achieve different dry and wet effects as well as different yield efficiency.
