Microfiltration machine is a kind of efficient physical filtration equipment, mainly used for water treatment and solid-liquid separation. Its working principle is to quickly and effectively remove large particle impurities in the water through a rotary drum screen filter device. The microfiltration rotary drum solid-liquid separator uses a microporous screen with a gap of about 0.3-5mm to intercept solid particles in the aquaculture water to achieve the purification effect of solid-liquid separation.

Working Principle of Microfiltration Machine

Filtration process: The treated wastewater enters the drum along the axial direction, flows out through the radial screen, and the impurities in the water are trapped on the filter screen of the drum. When the impurities on the filter screen are brought to the upper part by the drum, they are backwashed into the slag discharge tank by pressure washing water.
Operation efficiency: The filter screen of the microfilter can reach a filtration speed of 30-120 m/h, and the flushing water pressure is between 0.5-1.5 kg/cm². It can achieve continuous operation and automatic flushing, reducing the need for manual maintenance.
