The friction coefficient of the clamping dynamic plate is large, and the bag will not fall off at 20-50kg. It is also equipped with bag vibration exhaust function.
3. Precision filling and packaging
The material enters the packaged bag from the outlet. During the filling process, the material can be distributed more evenly in the bag through vibration or other means to ensure the packaging quality.
4. Automatic bag sewing machine
The bag sewing speed is 8-10 meters/minute, and the bag sewing is beautiful and smooth.
5. Laser inkjet printer
It is used to print information such as production date and batch number on the package to ensure product traceability.
6. Conveying system
The packaged products are transported to the next process or warehouse through a belt conveyor.
7. Automatic palletizer
The packaged products are automatically stacked by the palletizing robot according to the preset stacking mode, saving manpower and improving storage efficiency.
