Working Process of Urea Crusher
After power-on, urea granules or lumps are fed into the equipment through the feed port. They are crushed into crystals by the roller crusher.
Adjust the distance between the two rollers to control the output particle size between 0.1-0.5mm. The smaller the roller distance, the finer the particles, achieving a more uniform crushing effect and higher yield.
Finally, the crushed urea granules are output from the discharge port. This crusher is suitable for crushing various bulk fertilizers and medium-hard bulk materials, which improves the utilization rate and application value of urea granules.
