New Type Solid Liquid Separator add a slanting screen sieve and a water box than general separators, it has mixing system, water storage system and separate system. When working, the mixing system will stir the material thoroughly, then the water pump draw the material into machine, before separating, the vibrating screen to achieve the first separation, then the liquid flows out through the outlet, the solid will through the screw extruder to get the final product.
The separator is mainly made of high quality 304 stainless steel and alloy after special process. It has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The slanting screen mesh can effectively reduce the concentration of suspended matter in water to reduce the processing load in the subsequent process, and this type also could be used to separate the solid and liquid and recovery of useful substances in industrial production.
