Working Process of Membrane Cover Compost System

Gofine Film-Covered Fermentation System adopts a simple, efficient and standardized organic fertilizer production process, with 5 core stages:
1. Raw Material Pretreatment: Mix organic raw materials (e.g., livestock manure) with auxiliary materials (straw, sawdust, rice husk) in proportion. Adjust C/N ratio to 25:1-30:1 and moisture to 50%-65% (formable without dripping), inoculate high-efficiency decomposing bacteria, and mix evenly with mixing equipment.

2. Pile Building & Film Covering: Pile mixed materials into 1.5-2m high, 1-3m wide windrows. Lay aeration pipes at the bottom, cover with Gofine special functional film, seal firmly, and start the micro-pressure air supply and intelligent control system.

3. Intelligent Fermentation: The system auto-regulates pile temperature (55℃-70℃) and oxygen content (8%-15%). Turn once midway based on decomposition degree to ensure full decomposition of bottom materials.

4. Decomposition Detection: After 15-20 days, fermentation completes when materials cool to ambient temperature, turn dark brown, soften, become odorless and grow white hyphae. Sampling inspection ensures compliance with organic fertilizer harmless standards.

5. Post-Processing: Decomposed materials undergo crushing, screening, batching (add Bacillus subtilis), granulation, drying and packaging to produce finished organic/bio-organic fertilizer for direct sales.
