Working Process of Solid-liquid Separator
The spiral dewatering machine has two pipes, one connected to the submersible pump and the other as a return pipe. The submersible pump transports the feces to the feed port to start wet-solid separation.
During operation, the machine separates the solid-liquid mixture into solid feces and liquid fertilizer. The separated substances can flow into the preparatory tank or directly discharged into the biogas tank for fermentation. The solid feces are discharged from the discharge port and become high-quality organic fertilizer.
This process efficiently utilizes livestock and poultry feces resources, reduces environmental pollution, and promotes sustainable agricultural development.
