Silage hay kneading machine is suitable for green(dry) sorghum stalk, corn stalk, wheat straw, rice straw, peanut vine, sweet potato vine and other crop straw rubbing processing. The product can be all kinds of crop straw chopped knead until about 3-20 mm, used in breeding cattle, sheep, horse, deer, etc., can also be processed cotton stalk, bark, branche(Dia. below 3 cm), etc., used for papermaking, man-made board, refining ethanol and straw power generation, etc. Straw filamentation rate will generally reach more than 95%.

The difference between the chaff cutter and the silage hay kneading machine.

Silage hay kneading machine and chaff cutter are two completely different feed processing equipment, whether it is the principle or structure or the effect of final products are different.
1. Structural principle is different
Silage hay kneading machine adopts a number of vertical blade arrangement, the bottom with a small screen mesh, a guillotine and blade; However, chaff cutter adopts a rotating three-blade knife. Inside the kneading machine, the direction of the feed mouth is the same as the direction of rotation of the blade knife. However, the direction of the feed mouth is perpendicular to the direction of rotation of the blade inside the chaff cutter. So the chaff cutter is cut off, and the final product is a piece; the kneading machine is along the straw stems are cut, and they are filamentous.
2. The final product yield is different
The yield of the chaff cutter under the same motor is higher than that of the kneading machine, mainly because the chaff cutter is rough crushed fast; However, Silage hay kneading machine needs to first kneading silk and then crush, the finished product is slim, yield lower than the chaff cutter.
3. Feeding effect is different
The final products of the chaff cutter are pieces one by one, inside the hard stems are still there and the livestock dislike to eat, the residue of the feed is relatively high, is also not conducive to animal digestion and absorption; However, the final product of the kneading machine is filamentous fibers, there is no hard stalk, soft and slender, animals prefer to eat, feed utilization is higher, more conducive to the absorption of nutrients.
