Compound fertilizer production line is widely applied to produce compound fertilizer and the capacity ranges from 5000-200,000 tons/year. It can granulate NPK, NP, ANP, DAP, MAP, CAN, SSP and other materials into compound fertilizer particles in one processing line. This equipment is specially used for manufacturing compound fertilizers with different concentrations and types, such as organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, biological fertilizer and magnetic fertilizer, etc. It is mainly used for producing spherical particles with a diameter ranging from 1mm to 5mm. Adopts advanced granulator, granulating ratio is up to 90%, high intensity of granules.

1. Environmental protection and energy saving: no need for drying and cooling after granulation, saving energy consumption.

How to produce high-quality granular fertilizer?

1. Automatic batching system: complete automatic proportioning according to demand, equipped with a remote monitoring system, the batching process can flexibly adjust the formula to ensure the nutrient content and quality of the raw materials are stable.
2. Conveying system: the material is accurately delivered to the target area through a belt conveyor or a bucket elevator, equipped with a dust protection device.
3. Crusher: the material can be quickly crushed to the ideal particle size.
4. Mixer: fully stir and mix the material to achieve the purpose of homogenization.
5. Roller extrusion granulator: the processed raw materials are squeezed and granulated in one time. No additives are required, the granules are of high hardness and low return rate.
6. Screening machine: classify the finished granules and remove impurities. The granules that do not meet the requirements are sent to the crushing mixer through the conveying system for re-granulation.
7. Packing machine and palletizer: the final finished granules are packaged and stacked by the weighing packaging system. It is convenient for the storage, transportation and sales of fertilizer granules.
