Wood Coal Granular Graphite Activated Carbon ExtruderThe double roller extrusion granulator is dry granulation equipment that can quickly extrude and separate materials at room temperature and process them into oblate particles. Compared with other granulation equipment, no drying measures are required, which simplifies the granulation process. The return rate is very low, no need to add adhesives.
The double-roller extrusion granulator is widely used in the processing of fertilizer, NPK, urea, graphite, cat litter and other granules, with low investment and high production efficiency. Combined with other related equipment, it can form an automatic compound organic fertilizer granule production line.

Working Process of Double Roller Granulator The material enters through the upper conical material opening, and the air between the material molecules is expelled by the action of pressure. Rely on the force between molecules to form a high-hardness ball cake, and then fall into the lower part of the sawtooth crumbs. The ball cake particles are separated by crushing; and then enter the screen, and the qualified particles flow out from the bottom outlet.
