• Work Process
The fertilizer rounding machine, also known as the granules shaping machine, can shape and round all granular fertilizers.
The granular fertilizer that has been extruded or disc granulated is put into the fertilizer polishing machine, and the material is discharged from the discharge port after repeated centrifugal throwing. The discharge port is provided with a baffle, which can adjust the discharge speed. After rounding, the fertilizer granules are uniform in size, and the appearance becomes brighter and smoother. The strength of the fertilizer pellets increases, the ball forming rate is as high as 98%, and the pelleting rate is low at one time. Continuous production is realized, and the product quality of granular fertilizer is improved.
