The stirring teeth granulator is a typical wet process granulation equipment specially developed for high-moisture organic fertilizer materials. It is widely applied in granulation of fermented livestock manure, compost, sludge, straw and other organic raw materials. Different from dry granulation equipment, it adopts wet stirring granulation principle, which can process materials with high moisture content directly without strict drying pretreatment. The finished granules are round-ish, uniform, with good hardness, and meet the production requirements of organic fertilizer, bio-organic fertilizer and compound biological fertilizer. It is core processing equipment for medium-and-small-scale organic fertilizer production lines.

Mainly used for granulation in organic fertilizer production lines, dealing with fermented animal manure, compost, sludge and other organic wastes. Matched with crusher, mixer, fermenter, dryer and screener to form a complete organic fertilizer production system.
Working Process of Stirring Teeth Fertilizer Granulator
Feeding: Fermented high-moisture organic raw materials are evenly fed into the granulator chamber by conveyor equipment.
- Stirring & kneading: High-speed rotating stirring teeth strike, stir and knead the incoming materials constantly. Under mechanical force, materials collide, rub and squeeze with each other to realize preliminary agglomeration.
- Granule forming: Continuous stirring makes small material clusters constantly wrap and grow up, forming granular materials of certain particle size. Relying on material's own moisture and organic viscosity to finish wet granulation without adding extra adhesive.
- Discharge: Qualified granular materials flow out from the machine outlet. Unqualified large-size blocks will stay inside the chamber for secondary stirring and crushing.
- Post-processing: Discharged wet granules go to rotary dryer for drying process, then proceed with cooling, screening and final packaging to obtain finished organic fertilizer products.

8	Packing machine Palletizing machine	The final finished granules are packaged and palletized by the weighing and packaging system, which is convenient for the storage, transportation and sales of fertilizer granules.
