The spiral stack dewatering machine is a highly efficient sludge dewatering equipment, which is widely used in municipal sewage treatment, industrial wastewater treatment and other fields. Its main feature is that the sludge is concentrated and dehydrated through the rotation of the spiral shaft and the relative movement of the stack.

When the spiral driving shaft rotates, the multiple fixed and movable laminations arranged on the periphery of the driving shaft move relatively, and the water is filtered out from the gaps between the laminations by gravity, thereby achieving rapid concentration.
2. Dehydration process:
The concentrated sludge moves forward continuously under the push of the spiral shaft. As the pitch of the spiral shaft gradually decreases, the water in the sludge is squeezed out, and the solid content of the filter cake continues to increase.
3. Self-cleaning function:
The rotation of the spiral shaft drives the floating ring to rotate. The equipment relies on the movement between the fixed ring and the floating ring to achieve continuous self-cleaning, avoiding the common blockage problem of traditional dehydrators.
