The flat die granulator is a very cost-effective fertilizer granulation equipment. It can quickly process powdered materials into cylindrical granular fertilizers by extrusion. Replacing the grinding disc die can produce organic compound fertilizer granules with a diameter of 2.5 mm-8 mm.
The granulator has strong extrusion particles and a wide range of applications. It can produce organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, and inorganic fertilizer particles, and is also used to produce animal feed particles, tofu cat litter, graphite, NPK, urea, potassium chloride, ammonium sulfate, and other powdered materials. It supports electric/diesel, occupies a small area, and is deeply loved by small and medium-sized enterprises.
Features of Flat Die Granulator

Working Process of Flat Die Granulator
The flat die extrusion granulator mainly consists of a hopper, an extrusion chamber, an extrusion roller, and a cutter. Under the action of the pressure roller, the raw materials are squeezed, sheared, and squeezed to form columnar particles. By adjusting the die specification parameters, the required particle size can be achieved.
This machine is the latest technology product developed by the Agricultural Machinery Research Institute based on many years of experience in the design of compound fertilizer processing equipment. It is especially suitable for organic fertilizer granulation.
The organic matter after fermentation does not need to be dried, and the raw material moisture content is 20%-40% for granulation. The organic fertilizer particles after granulation do not need to be dried, and can be bagged after screening.
