The stirring teeth granulator is a special equipment in the organic compound fertilizer granulation equipment. Work Process of Stirring Teeth Granulator

The stirring teeth granulator adopts the advanced working method of wet kneading granulation, which can quickly add materials into spherical fertilizer granules. Initially, the material to be processed is placed in the hopper, and then through the internal rotating high-density push rod, the material undergoes continuous stirring, granulation, spheroidization, densification, and other processes, and finally forms uniform and high-hardness granules. The processed fertilizer granules are discharged from the bottom of the equipment. By adjusting the moisture content of the material and the speed of the main shaft, the size of the fertilizer particles can be easily changed, providing more flexibility and adjustability for production.
