Manure organic fertilizer mixing equipment is our new generation hybrid device. High mixing rate, less residual suitibale for feed, compost, organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer and premix additives mixing. The material is fully mixed. To improve the mixing unifromity,we use new rotor structure, the rotor and mixing chamber are so 
close to the minimum gap which can be adjusted to zero mm. It can reduce the material residues. The overall
structure is more reasonable, easier operation and more convenient maintenance.

Horizontal mixers are widely used in chemical, compost, compound fertilizer, dyes, pigments, rubber, building materials, food, milk powder, health products, feed, additives, aquaculture, ceramics, refractory materials, rare earth, plastics and other industries.


Working Process of Horizontal Ribbon Mixer
Before the mixer works, prepare the raw materials to be mixed, which can be powder, granular or liquid. Put the prepared materials into the mixer through the feed port. Depending on the design of the equipment, a manual or automatic feeding system may be used.
After the mixer is started, the internal ribbon mixer begins to rotate, generating strong shear force, causing the material to move up and down and left and right in the tank, forming a circular flow. The material is constantly turned under the action of the mixer to ensure that the ingredients are fully mixed and evenly mixed.
During the mixing process, the operator can monitor the mixing state and adjust the speed or mixing time if necessary to ensure the desired mixing uniformity.
When the mixing time reaches the preset value, stop the rotation of the mixer. Discharge the evenly mixed material through the discharge port.
